I've never worked with Entertaining ConXections before. How can I be certain I'm getting a good entertainer?
Rest assured we interview accordingly and hire only entertainers that meet our high expectations. Our reputation is based mainly on how well our entertainers perform as well as the feedback we receive from you. We hire extremely talented entertainers that go above and beyond ensuring our customers and their guests are extremely pleased.
What should I expect to pay for entertainment and/or other vendor services?

Pricing varies based on location, time of year, type and size of event, availability, technical requirements, set up times, number of band members, indoor vs. outdoor event, travel time and other variables. It is best to call and request a quote for services based on your specific needs. 

When will the entertainer arrive?
The entertainer(s) will usually arrive approximately 10-15 minutes prior to the start of the event unless more time is needed. Our entertainers know how much time is required for travel and set up so they will schedule their arrival accordingly so they can begin right on time.  
What if the entertainer does not show up?
Our entertainers realize their reputation is on the line as is ours. During many years in business, we have been fortunate not to have this occur. In the event that this were to happen, being no fault of yours, we guarantee you a full refund.   
How much space does the entertainer need?
It depends on the type of entertainment. Generally speaking, shows such as magic and juggling can be performed in small spaces such as a living room. A puppet show will require more space to accommodate a stage-like set up. We can discuss this further when you book.
What kind of payment to you accept?
For your convenience, we accept checks, cash, MasterCard and Visa. A copy of your signed contract is due back to us with payment and/or deposit within seven days of contract receipt. This way, we know you are serious about booking since we will be tentatively holding the entertainer and date specifically for you. Any balance is due two weeks prior to the event date.
Do we tip the entertainer?
Tipping is certainly not expected, though it is very appreciated when it does happen. If you feel the entertainer deserves a tip for his/her performance, by all means tip them as you see fit.
What is your cancellation policy?

It depends on the type of service/entertainment. When you book with Entertaining ConXections, we send you a contract/invoice which details our cancellation policy. If you have questions regarding anything on the contact, we are more than happy to assist you.
